Sunday Night Bible Study

What you should know about hunger?
More than 30,000 people die of hunger-related causes every day. Tragically, that is more than 10 million people each year. Situations this dire cause us to question whether we have the power to help at all. The great news is, we do. By being a part of Operation Packaging event to be held at our church on May 4th, 4-7pm. Parade of Tables
Parade of Tables will be held this Saturday, February 23. If you have not purchased a ticket for the event and would like to attend, please contact Donna Holt at 550-5326. Hannah circle is taking up collections of canned goods for Clayton Area Ministries at the event, and would love donations of dry goods if you feel led to do so.

Book Marks
Mr. Thomas Duncan has made everyone a personalized bookmark. He sends a prayer with each one, “that He will open the windows of Heaven and pour out a blessing on each one, so much so that there will not be enough room to receive it.” Please pick up your book mark in the parlor. They are in alphabetical order according to last names.

College Ministry Update
Thank you for the wonderful support during fall exams. We were able to send 49 packages to our students. You are a great connection to our students while they are maturing and away from home. Please keep the students in your prayers continually. If you know of a student we are not serving please call Jenny Blake at 610-4010 with the students address. We are now collecting for our spring semester through April 10th. We have at least 48 students to serve, so please help with this important ministry. Items can be dropped off in the labeled container at the basement table. Some items the students enjoy are: Gum, cards, stationary, hot chocolate, popcorn, coffee singles, candy.
