The Youth Praise Team

The Youth Praise Team is open to all Jr. and Sr. High Youth who would like to share their talents with the congregation. Musical gifting is important, but more important is a heart that worship’s God.

Youth Praise Team Singers

There is a place here for those young men and women who have a heart for singing and leading in worship. Prior choral or other musical experience is a plus. It is not necessary to be able to read music, but a good ear is important.

Youth Praise Team Band

Guitars, bass guitars, keyboards, drums, and percussion are the instruments of The Band. We also use other band instruments on occasion. So, if you play the trumpet, violin, flute, saxophone, or any other “band” instrument, please come forward!

Music lessons are offered (but space is limited) for those youth of our church who want to contribute by playing guitar, bass guitar, or drums in The Youth Praise Team Band.

Youth Praise Team Multimedia/Video

Under the direction of the Multimedia/Video Technology Team Leader, a presentation is prepared for each worship service. The presentation software that we use is MediaShout. These team members serve a vital role and their hard word and dedication in preparing media presentations greatly enhances the visual aspect of the service of worship.

Youth Praise Team Sound Reinforcement

The Sound Reinforcement Team member keeps everything “sounding good”. Sound technicians serve in worship on a rotating basis. A basic training session is required for all sound technicians.
